Decide if NCS work fits
Weigh the general considerations of the profession so you can decide with confidence whether this is the right career for you.
Application program, mentorship
A three-month, application-based mentorship for aspiring Newborn Care Specialists who have finished their training. Decide if NCS work is right for you, then start your career with realistic expectations.

You know how to care for a newborn. What you may not know yet is how to turn that into a career. Is NCS work really the right field for you? What does the role ask of you day to day? What should you consider before you book your first job?
Without clear answers, it is easy to stall. Many career nannies feel unsure how to make the jump into NCS work. Others start with expectations that do not match the reality of the role, and the first months are harder than they need to be.
The NCS Advantage Program walks you through these questions over three months, with monthly modules and two private consultations with an experienced NCS. You move forward with a clear picture of the role and a realistic plan for the start of your career.
