Explain how young infants sleep
Describe how newborns and young infants sleep, and what is normal and what is not.
Specialty course, 16 lessons, 6.5 hours of video
For newborn care specialists and caregivers who want to create client sleep plans for babies from birth to six months. Learn the science of infant sleep, how to build a plan, and how to work through real cases.

When parents are tired, sleep is the question they bring to you. Is this normal? Why is the baby waking? What should we change?
Without a clear grounding in how young infants sleep, you are left with general tips and guesswork. That is hard on your confidence, and hard to explain to a family that wants a plan.
Sleep Solutions gives you the science of newborn and young infant sleep, a process for building a client sleep plan, and six case studies to practice on. It also helps you tell a problem you can help fix from one you cannot.
